Our Speaker Jeanie Johnstone

Jeanie Johnstone is the Founder and creator of Young-Life Coaching. She has worked with children of all ages over the past 20 years. She specializes in child development, sensory disorders, behavior modifications, motivation, self-discipline, and self-love.  As a Foster Mother she has assisted many children in her placement to transition back with their families, some in different states.  Jeanie holds many recognitions from Childcare to Foster Care educator from the State of Delaware, the Governor of Delaware, and the National NYEC Childhood Society; for being a superb preschool educator who connects with children on a different developmental level. She can influence children in a positive professional manner which allows them to develop a repour with her. As a dedicated working Mother of 3 and previous Girl Scout Leader she knows all about time management and how to connect with your children as they are growing. Young-Life Coaching is affiliated with Ignite Leadership 360.

Young-Life Coaching is designed to create a positive belief system and attitude towards themselves and others.  We hope to begin with a child before he or she learns patterns of frustration, anger, fear, overwhelm, and anxiety.  If children start to learn these skills early, they will have the knowledge and confidence to handle any life challenge that comes their way and the persistence to get through it. Jeanie brings an abundance of skills to the table when communicating with children. She has personally helped hundreds of children and adults overcome challenges in their everyday lives.
