Also, to provide an organizational structure which promotes networking and peer interaction as well as to Inform members about legislation that impacts small business owners and entrepreneurs.

Helping the Entrepreneur Society is a partnership of business leaders committed to ensuring the success of small business in Delaware.  HTES provides business consulting, individual counseling, marketing strategies, education in the form of topical workshops and classes, and technical assistance in a variety of areas and subjects.
